Not easy to see: the brown stuff is a waterfall, the grey/white is ice The Aconcagua, highest peak in the Americas (7000m). As you can see, we went up there with our Corsa ;-)
And that's the real thing, ... photo taken on 3000m. Doesn't look that big ... At the Chilean border, ... ... rather looks like the end of the world, ...
... even more if you take a closer look ;-)
he was almost too rapido
On the last part of our trip we took a shortcut, ... ... first an easy ascent ... ... up to 3000m with a great sunset ... ... and then down on a winding, rocky dirt road in the dark, always on the brink. (it looks easy on the picture)
